5 Things Breakthrough Marketers Do

Here are the five core elements these people truly worthy of the term marketer have mastered:

1. Focus on intent.

Great marketer decides what he or she wants to accomplish with the target and creates a campaign in which every detail has purpose and intent to compel the target to that specific action. Everything else is a crapshoot or waste of resources. From now on, every time you make a marketing decision to take action, ask yourself why you are doing so. If you don’t have a good answer, don’t do it.

2. Craft the message.

Great marketers break through by crafting a compelling value proposition that resonates with the need of the potential customers. Identify the pain you can solve for your customers and let them know you are there to resolve their issues with your product or service. They won’t care about you until you demonstrate you care about them.

3. Coordinate actions.

Successful marketing is a coordinated series of events that build upon one another to help drive a potential customer to action. Make sure your messaging is aligned with your value proposition. Every piece of marketing should have a distinctly related feel to everything else you do. Chart out the path of the customer, and use each tool to enhance the experience along the way. Make sure your sales team uses the tools and the language or they will derail the entire process.

4. Engage creativity.

Breakthrough marketers understand that they are entertainers first. They use the entire palette of color to delight the potential customer. Most people want to have fun whenever they can, so give them the chance, and they are sure to come back to you more often.

5. Practice measurement.

Many in the marketing profession think the creation and distribution of a marketing piece is the endgame. They are proud of the website they built, or brochure they created and distributed to the masses. Breakthrough marketers understand that the only endgame is return on investment. Those who are serious about marketing are data hogs watching the responses on every level so they can tweak and adjust to get to the optimum return. Find a way to measure return on every marketing dollar you spend. If you can’t measure it, reapportion the resource to a campaign that is quantifiable. Ultimately, every company hires a marketer for one reason, to make money.

7 Ways To Motivate Yourself

7 Unconventional Ways To Motivate Yourself

Image

We need new ways of finding motivation, and here’s 7 of them.

When it comes to motivating and pushing yourself, it’s usually filled with cliché advice. “Don’t give up”, “Get over it” or “Always look on the bright side of life”. These are a few examples.

While they’re all correct at the root, conventional thinking like this just doesn’t cut it anymore. In fact, they are so trite and used so often that the message is lost to most of us. Heck, it even pisses people off, which is the total opposite of what it’s supposed to do.

The 7 Unconventional Ways Of Thinking

1. “Welcome the pain”

Yep! Welcome the pain. Accept it willingly.

There’s a saying, “Pain is weakness leaving the body”, which means to say, no matter how tough or how much pain you’re feeling, you’re going to emerge stronger after that. So don’t be afraid when things get tough. Push yourself to accept what is coming instead and know that you’re going to grow from it.

2.“Look forward to feeling good”

This is my main, personal method in motivating myself. I believe that when you work hard, the feeling you get after that is the reward. The sense of satisfaction and accomplishment is the backbone of it all.

The fitness mantra, “Do you want to be sore, or sorry later?” works the same way.

So only aim for the feeling. Ask yourself how you want to feel later only. Forget about how you’d feel in between.

3. “Stop moving forward, take a step back instead”

Stop progressing altogether for a second. Just stop.

Take a step back instead.

It may seem paradoxical, but you know what it can do for you? You’ll be able to gain more clarity.

Go back for a second, re-evaluate your goals and remember your why. This effectively gives you the motivation to move forward.

And you’ll make better progress.

4. “Quit”

Or better yet, quit. Give up altogether on what you’re doing.

This requires some reflection and evaluation though. Sometimes quitting is the best thing you can do. You just have to realize that what you’re doing isn’t helping you anymore.

And after you quit, you’re free to do whatever you want as you’re no longer trapped by whatever it is which held you down.

5. ”Have a really good break”

This kind of goes hand in hand with point (2): Look forward to feeling good.

I find that a lot of people have lousy breaks. They don’t do themselves the favour they deserve. E.g. Instead of recognizing that a break time is a time to recharge, they end up being completely idle by doing mindless things like surfing Facebook, Twitter or watching random YouTube videos they aren’t even interested in watching in the first place. That is dead time. It does not help you at all and before you know it, you’re back to work.

6. “Failure is your best friend”

Or, failure is your ally.

Embrace failure, for it will give you the best and most meaningful lessons you actually need to move forward. That being said, failure is not the end.

When you don’t get the results you want, it doesn’t mean it’s over. Instead, you’re given the opportunity to learn and grow the fastest way possible.

7. ”Have fun”

Whatever it is in life, just have fun. Make that your sole aim.

Don’t take life so seriously. Laugh at your mistakes. Never sweat the small stuff. Just have fun, and be thankful for what you have, and that everything is going to be okay anyway.

Choices & Choices

Every moment of every day, we are changing.

Right now, every cell in your body is going through a metamorphosis in which the new you is the end result.

You can do one of a variety things about this:

  1. completely ignore natural processes occurring within yourself and continue as you were
  2. observe what happens and play it safe with what you choose to be, have and do what you think you’re supposed to do
  3. take complete control and responsibility for what you choose to be, do, and have guiding your life in the direction of your specific design
  4. ?

Any one of these choices is usually a choice for life that people grow into and will stand and fight to the death for. The only thing anyone can do is make their choice and be a shining example of whatever it is one chooses to be. That is all we can do to help anyone, to guide our families and loved ones, to teach our friends and associates, to show our communities, to assist humanity. Doing this is something else… Nobody is perfect and most are battling with the best and worst of themselves all day long. Just know that the obstacles that may arise are not there to stop, they show up for you see how bad you want it. All you can do is all you can do.

But… you have to choose to.

You have to choose to shine. YOU have to choose to shine bright as a magnificent example of what you are. You are a star. Just like the stars we see shining in the night sky, we are going through a transition. The big secret everyone so inconveniently forgets to tell anyone is… you have to choose to shine your light.

Shine your light as bright as you can.

I get asked a lot, “what can I do about anything?” “What can I possibly do about all the crazy things going on in the world?” Its a loaded question, I know, but what do you do about it? The only thing you can do anything about is what you choose to be, do, and have. If you need an idea, here is where you can start…

Think.

ThinkPositive and negative thoughts are contagious.

We all affect the people around us in one way or another. This happens physically and subconsciously through our thoughts, feelings, and body language. People sense our energy, are affected by it, and vice versa.

Positive thoughts are the most important medicine one can take. Positive thoughts, words and attitudes bring out positive and happy moods and actions. When the mind is in a positive state, euphoric, creative, and loving chemicals are released into the blood creating more happiness and positivity. This the way of achievement, peace of mind and happiness.

Negative thoughts, words and attitudes, on the other hand, bring out negative and depressing moods and actions. When the mind is negative, poisonous emotional chemicals are released into the blood, which cause more unhappiness and negativity. This is the way to failure, frustration and disappointment.

One’s attitude and thought patterns don’t change overnight, some inner work is needed in order to turn the mind toward the positive. The power of thoughts is a universal power that is always shaping our lives. This shaping is usually done on the subconsciously level, but it is possible to make the process a conscious one. Practices you can adopt to facilitate a positive state of mind are:

  • read, think, or meditate about things that make you feel genuinely good, think about times in your life that were great and how those times made you feel
  • persuade yourself to persevere and continue to think, read, listen to, or watch positive messages for at least 30 minutes throughout the day
  • ignore what other people might say or think about you when they discover that you are changing the way you think
  • use imagination to visualize only favorable and beneficial situations
  • smile, even if you’re not happy – by smiling long enough, your brain will release a combination of “happy” chemicals educing a state of calmness and euphoria
  • once a negative thought enters your mind, you have to be aware of it, and endeavor to replace it with a constructive one – the negative thought will try again to enter your mind, and then, you have to replace it again with a positive one

At any given moment, there will be things that are desirable to focus on and things that are less enjoyable to focus on. We must choose to focus on that which promotes joy. Think of it like there are two pictures in front of you, and you can to choose to look at one of them, and disregard the other. Persistence will eventually teach your mind to think positively, and to ignore negative thoughts. In case you feel inner resistance and difficulties when replacing negative thoughts with positive ones, do not give up, but keep looking only at the beneficial, good and happy thoughts in your mind.

It doesn’t matter what your circumstances are at the present moment. Think positively, expect only favorable results and situations, and circumstances will change accordingly. You can transform the way your mind thinks the thoughts it creates. It will take some time for the changes to take place, but with focus and determination, they will.

But… you have to choose to.

People worldwide are getting more and more particular about what they’re eating because we are all starting to feel the effects of chemical laden, super processed, corn fed, and genetically modified foods that were staples of daily life for years. When you don’t feel good or even worse when you actually become sick because of the food being eaten on a daily basis, it is easy to start asking questions. But until then, it takes blind faith and determination to continue to eat actual food. Why does this matter?

What you eat determines what fuel your body has to create all these emotional chemicals and reactions that we went over above. If you’re full of artificial and acidic things and your mind is full negativity, your body will not be able to heal and maintain balance the way it was designed to.

A lot of people are finding out that the best foods they can eat are grown locally, grown organically, and sold in a reasonable manor to those that actually desire whole, healthy food. These foods are available in specialized shops and farmers markets, along with the big name grocers that span every corner in most communities in North America.

Get what you need however and wherever you can. If you truly desire to be healthy and think healthy, than you’ll find what you need. If you have a burning desire to eat food that is actually good for you, than you will spend your money on food that will help you reach your health goals. Those that create, find, or accept excuses as to why they think they can’t get healthy, won’t. The simple fact of the matter is, if you want to eat food that will fuel your life and help keep in a positive state, you can do just that.

But… you have to choose to.

The very best source of whole, organic foods is your very own garden! If you accept reasons why you can’t grow your own food, than that is of coarse your choice. If you are determined to grow your food, then every inch of free space and soil is up for grabs.

Think positive, eat actual food, and spend time meditating. These are key building blocks to staying in a positive and productive. There are plenty of other things you can do to keep yourself in an optimal state but this is a great start. Need help meditating? Watch the video below –

Pineal Gland?

The pineal gland or the pineal body, epiphysis cerebri, epiphysis or the third eye, is a small endocrine gland in the brain. It produces the serotonin derivative melatonin, a hormone that affects the modulation of wake/sleep patterns and seasonal functions along with who knows what other operation chemicals, emotional chemicals and other hormones. Its shape resembles a small pine cone and it is located near the center of the brain, between the two hemispheres, tucked in a groove where the two rounded thalamic bodies meet.

Various research being conducted so far confirms that there are certain periods in the night, between the hours of one and four in the morning where chemicals are released in the brain that bring about feelings of connectedness to one’s higher source.

Personal-Vibration-1

The Secret: What they don’t want you to KNOW!

With more advance practice and ancient methods it is also possible to control the thoughts and actions of people in the physical world. Yes, it is bizarre, but the United States, former Soviet Union governments and various shadow organization have been doing this type of research for ages and have succeed far beyond our imagination. Every human’s the third eye can be activated to send and receive frequencies. A pineal gland once tuned into proper frequencies with help of meditation, yoga and other methods, enables a person to travel into other dimensions, popularly known as astral travel, astral projection or remote viewing.

The pineal gland is signified in Catholicism as a pine cone in art. Ancient societies like the Egyptians and Romans knew the benefits and exemplified this with a symbol of an eye. Pineal Gland reference is also in back of the U.S. dollar bill with what is called the ‘all seeing eye’, which is a reference to the ability of an individual (or group of individuals) to use this gland and go ‘elsewhere’…

The Conspiracy: How the choices we make are killing your Pineal Gland

The pineal gland actually absorbs more fluoride than anything else in the body, even bones. The pineal gland acts like a magnet to sodium fluoride. This calcifies the gland and makes it no longer effective in balancing hormonal processes throughout the body. It can be found in foods, beverages, tooth paste, mouthwashes, and in our bath and drinking water. Sodium fluoride is put in 90% of the United States water supply. Water filters you buy in supermarkets do not take the fluoride out. Only reverse osmosis or water distillation (which is a bot cheaper) can effectively remove the fluoride from water.

Frankly, the biggest reason most people believe sodium fluoride is in our water, food, and everything else is to dumb down the masses. The fluoride quelling method was introduced into the water by the Nazis and the Russians in their concentration camps to make the camp population docile and more likely to resist questioning authority.

The Detox: Cleansing the Third Eye

With all the facts about the pineal gland out there along with the research and science, not to mention the spiritual aspects of health and balance, the next logic step is to detoxify the system and avoid doing further damage to the brain, body, soul, or any portion there in.

So how do we do that?

The first step is discontinue the use and abuse of toxic matter that directly effects the pineal gland. Things like fluoride, chlorine, unfiltered tap water, mercury, pesticides, sugar, caffeine, alcohol, tobacco, and various other toxins directly effect the pineal gland through calcification and the acidification of the environment within human body. The second step is begin cleansing the pineal gland along with the rest of the body. Raw chocolate, garlic, raw apple cider vinegar, oregano oil, Vitamin K1, neem oil, and tamarind have all been found to be effective in the removing calcification from the pineal gland. Once the pineal gland has been cleaned out, the next step is to activate the third eye through meditation, Qi-gong, as well as various other energy practices. Once you’ve activated your third eye…

..the next step is up to you.

Happy Cleansing.

Gratitude

It is enough that a human being is alive!”, a wise man once cried.

There is a story — maybe an urban legend, but full of truth nonetheless —

One evening, A famous violinist was in New York to play a concert. As a child, the violinist had been stricken with polio and getting on stage is no small feat for him. He wears braces on both legs and walks with two crutches. He crossed the stage painfully slowly, until he reached the chair in which he seated himself to play.

As soon as the already tired musician appeared on stage that night, the audience applauded and then waited respectfully as he made his way slowly across the stage. He took his seat, signaled to the conductor, and began to play.

No sooner had he finished the first few bars than one of the strings on his violin snapped like a gunshot. At that point it was still close enough to the beginning of the piece that it would have been reasonable to bring  the concert to a halt while he replaced the string to begin again. But that’s not what he did. He waited a moment and then signaled the conductor to pick up just where they had left off.

He now had only three strings with which to play his soloist part. He was able to find some of the missing notes on adjoining strings, but where that wasn’t possible, he had to rearrange the music on the spot in his head so that it all still held together.

He played with passion and artistry, spontaneously rearranging the symphony right through to the end. When he finally rested his bow, the audience sat for a moment in stunned silence. And then they rose to their feet and cheered wildly. They knew they had been witness to an extraordinary display of human skill and ingenuity.

After the standing ovation, the man signaled for quiet. “You know,” he said, “sometimes it is the artist’s task to find out how much beautiful music you can still make with what you have left.

We have to wonder, was he speaking of his violin strings or his crippled body? And is it true only for artists? We are all lacking something, and so we are all challenged to answer the question:

Do we have the attitude of making something of beauty out of what we do have, incomplete as it may be?

If you’ve lost your job, but you still have your family and health, you have something to be grateful for.

If you can’t move around except in a wheelchair but your mind is as sharp as ever, you have something to be grateful for.

When you open up to gratitude, you see clearly and accurately how much good there is in your life. Gratitude affirms. Those things you are lacking are still there, and in reaching for gratitude no one is saying you ought to put on rose-colored glasses to obscure those shortcomings. But most of us tend to focus so heavily on the negative in our lives that we barely perceive the good that counterbalances them.

There is no limit to what we don’t have and if that is where we put our focus, then our lives will inevitably be filled with endless dissatisfaction. When you live charged with gratitude, you will give thanks for anything or anyone who has benefited you, whether they meant to or not. Say, “Thank You!” when the driver in the car next to you lets you merge without protest, or when the water flows from the tap, or the food is exceptable?

When gratitude is this well established, it is a sign of a heart that has been made right and whole. Gratitude can’t coexist with arrogance, resentment, and selfishness. So be grateful for everything you have, everything from your next breath to the sun, clouds, rain and stars. Just be grateful. When, and only when, we are grateful for each and everything that we have, the universe will give you exactly what you need.

For you, I am grateful. Thank You.

10 Keys to Raising Your Vibration

Personal-Vibration-1

The time has come for all of us here on Earth to choose what comes next. In order to evolve we must all raise our vibrations and expand our consciousness’ beyond the current definitions and limitations of this reality. To do this there are some definite things that have been proven to get an individual going in the desired direction.

Truth.

Accept the truth inside of you and around you. Whatever you’re afraid to accept brings you down lower and lower. The first key to raising the vibration you emit is Truth. Lies bring vibration down.

Speak the truth, especially if it hurts. If you find honesty is challenging for you, it may be because you haven’t been honest enough with yourself yet. The lies you tell others are shadowed by the lies you have told yourself. The more you accept and speak the truth, the higher your vibration rises. Raise your vibration by gradually exposing and destroying of the itsy-bitsy pieces of falsehood from your life and environment. This could take some time. As you raise your vibration, honesty will become a natural part of your life.

Yes, there may be some residual effects and consequences that will have to be faced but that is a price that must be paid. Short-term fix-it lies compared to the living life honestly and openly. It’s so much better and less stressful to be yourself and allow others to do the same. Not everyone will appreciate your truth, especially if they have known nothing of you except your lies, but that won’t matter once you’ve accepted and fully appreciate yourself.

Courage.

Courage raises your vibration. Cowardice brings your vibration epicly down. Courage is the guard between unconscious growth and conscious growth. Life will keep throwing problems at you as long as you remain on the unconscious side. Until you step up and take charge of your life, nothing will change. When you face your fears, the fear disappear, and problems and issues become opportunities. But when you run from your fears, they only grow.

Whatever you fear, you must face, period. The more fears you face, the higher your vibration rises. As you master this within yourself, eventually courage becomes unnecessary.
Once you’ve developed the courage to face anything life throws at you, you stop emitting fear-based vibrations into the Universe so this is no longer the experience life sends back. This is why courage is the brink between unconscious growth and conscious growth.

The mastery of courage grants the power to decide how you’ll grow instead of being a “mark” or victim of the will of fate.

Compassion

Compassion and Love raise your vibration. Cruelty brings you and those around you down.

Become more aware of cruelty by looking for signs of unconscious cruelty and disconnection in your life. This can be challenging since it also requires courage. We often resist facing our own cruelty, but it’s always there just waiting to be uncovered and dispatched.

Compassion is the roots of unconditional love, the acknowledgement and feeling connectedness with everything that exists. Do you feel connected to yourself? To others? To animals? To all living things? To everything that exists? The more you develop this connection, the higher your vibration and more conscious you will become.

Desire

Desire raises your vibration while apathy lowers it. When you are clear about what you want, such as goals you’ve set for yourself, you raise your vibration to one that is more open to that which you desire. This clarity focuses your mind and gives you the power to think and act intelligently towards your desires. This can be felt whenever you think about something you definitely want.

On the other hand, when your desire is unclear, your vibration is all over the place. When your thoughts lack focus and direction, you just spin your wheels.

Strive to become crystal clear about what you truly desire, and your vibration will raise in that direction.

Attention

Attention raises your vibration, distraction lowers your vibration. Focusing on improving your ability to concentrate on one thing at a time will make you more conscious. Pick up a rock or sit and observe a tree or plant and give it your complete attention, and notice what happens. But allow your mind to be riddled with distractions, and your consciousness will sink. A distracted mind is a powerless mind.

Meditation is a terrific way to practice holding your attention and concentration. Meditation is simple to learn and practice, but can take a lifetime to master. Check out more on meditation here.

Knowledge

Knowledge raises your vibration, while ignorance lowers it.

The most important thing to know is yourself. Take the time to think deeply about your life, and use a journal or notebook to record your thoughts. Ask questions to which you don’t know the answer, and then search for those answers. Look around you and soak up knowledge like a sponge however you can. Interact with your environment with a sense of curiosity and wonder.  Push your own boundaries of comfort and test your resources and resourcefulness. Study it. Learn from it. Experiment with it.

Strive to understand your reality, your role in it, and what your options are. The more accurate your understanding about reality is, the higher your vibration will become.

Reason

Reason and Logic raise your vibration. Irrationality not only lowers your vibration but it’s after effects can last a lifetime.

Logic and reason lend structure and substance to thought. The great challenge we face is avoiding false assumptions. One lone false assumption can alter a lifetime of otherwise logical conclusions. So challenge everything you believe, and stay open to the possibility that things aren’t alwasys as they seem on the surface.

High Vibrationsyellow-dancer1

Those with higher than usual vibration naturally raise yours. People with low vibrations will bring you and your vibration down.

By consciously raising your vibration, you’ll attract others with high or similar vibrations. Seek these high vibratory and creative individuals out and talk to them, ask questions, and enjoy their presence. Allow their ideas and awareness to infect you, inspire you, and you’ll find yourself expanding in all directions. You’ll become more honest, more courageous, more compassionate, and knowledgeable just by being around certain people.

Spend time with people at a lower vibrations and you’ll gradually sink to their level. Their thoughts will infect you as well, causing you to become more dishonest, more fearful, more apathetic, etc.

Strive to find a balance between spending time with those who raise your vibration vs. spending time with those you can help. Learn from those who are a little more awake or have higher vibration level, and help those who are desire to become more than they think they are. In this manner you serve the highest good of all, raising not only your own vibration but the vibration of everything everywhere.

Energy

Energy raises your vibration. Dis-eases of any kind lowers it.

Taking care of your body keeps your vibration at a basic level of health. Stepping into the flow of energy gives you an ongoing flow of vital life experiences. But without energy you starve your consciousness.

Eat with an awareness of what you’re taking in and absorbing. Exercise with an awareness of how you’re affecting your body and your mind. Before putting anything in your body, consider its effect on your energy, not just in the short term but in the long term as well.

Always ask yourself, “Will this produce energy or disease?”

Intention

The intention to raise your vibration will raises it. The intention to lower your vibration lowers it.

Raising your vibration and expanding your consciousness has the capacity to self-expand or self-contract, just as you have the capacity to grow or begin to decay. At every given moment, you have the freedom of choice. By honestly voicing the intention (or by offering the prayer), “I intend to become more conscious and aware,” you will initiate the expansion of your consciousness and your vibration will raise. Holding the intention to improve in any of the previous nine areas will produce a similar effect.

Alternatively, you are perfectly free to lower your consciousness at any time. While it’s unlikely you would choose to do so directly, you can achieve the same effect indirectly by lowering your performance in any of the areas above. By choosing to lie, to succumb to fear, to commit acts of cruelty, to remain ignorant, and so on, you put out the intention to lower your vibration. And in so doing, you initiate a process that will attract more falsehood, fear, cruelty, ignorance, etc. into your life.

Every thought you hold serves to either expand or contract your consciousness, raising or lowering your vibration. There is no neutral. So choose wisely!
